Position Overview

BaryTech is a fast-growing company specializing in IT solutions. To strengthen our team and ensure smooth business operations, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project progress, ensuring timely communication between teams and clients.

• Client Communication: Act as a key contact for German- and English-speaking clients, handling inquiries and providing support.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting notes, and other business documents in both languages.

• Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring processes, including screening applications, checking documents, onboarding new employees, and coordinating with internal teams.

• General Business Assistance: Provide additional support to various departments as needed.

Requirements and Skills

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a must.

• Experience in project coordination, administration, HR, or customer service is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
