Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead global recruitment efforts for our IT company. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical positions across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.


Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.

  • Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department heads and stakeholders.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.

  • Evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by crafting compelling job advertisements.

  • Leverage social media and professional platforms to enhance employer branding globally.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, webinars, and other recruitment-related events.

Process Management

  • Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.

Onboarding

  • Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

  • Design and deliver orientation sessions to introduce global recruits to the company culture and policies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and partners across different regions.

  • Work closely with global HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.


Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in global recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skillsets, and market trends.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring practices across different countries is an advantage.
