Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Digital Verification Engineers with strong experience in IP and Sub-System verification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing verification plans, developing high-quality testbench components, and collaborating closely with design teams to ensure first-pass success of silicon.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute IP / Sub-system verification activities across the project lifecycle

• Develop and enhance testbench components including BFMs, scoreboards, checkers, monitors

• Create detailed test plans, coverage plans, assertions (SVA)

• Perform functional coverage analysis and improve coverage metrics

• Debug test failures and provide accurate, timely fixes

• Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams

• Ensure compliance with verification methodology and project quality standards

• Work with industry-standard EDA tools for simulation and debugging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in VLSI Design, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in constraint random functional and formal verification in the semiconductor industry.

• Expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, or Specman e for hardware verification.

• Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN, etc.).

• Experience with regression and coverage analysis tools.

• Familiarity with Portable Stimulus language is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional technical teams.

• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C/C++ or Python for automation

• Exposure to SoC-level verification

• Familiarity with low-power verification and UPF

• Knowledge of protocols beyond Ethernet (PCIe, AMBA, USB — optional)

• Good understanding of design concepts (RTL, timing, CDC)

• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
