Welcome to BaryTech. By proceeding with the employee onboarding process and submitting your personal, academic, financial, and identification documents through this BaryDesk portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of Data Collection

The documents and information collected during the onboarding process are required for employment verification, statutory compliance, payroll processing, background verification, employee record management, and other official organizational purposes.

The information requested may include, but is not limited to:

  • Passport-size Photograph
  • Bank Account Details
  • Bank Statements
  • Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets
  • Experience Letters
  • Resume/CV
  • Address Proof
  • Identity Proof
  • Any additional documents requested by BaryTech

2. Accuracy of Information

The employee/applicant confirms that all information and documents submitted are true, accurate, complete, and belong to them.

Submission of forged, manipulated, misleading, or incorrect documents may result in:

  • Rejection of candidature
  • Withdrawal of offer letter
  • Termination of employment
  • Legal action, if applicable

3. Consent for Verification

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the employee/applicant authorizes BaryTech to:

  • Verify submitted documents and credentials
  • Conduct background verification checks
  • Contact educational institutions, previous employers, banks, or relevant authorities for verification purposes
  • Maintain digital records for official and compliance requirements

4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

BaryTech is committed to protecting employee data and maintaining confidentiality.

All submitted information and documents shall be stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for legitimate business, legal, administrative, and compliance purposes.

BaryTech shall take reasonable measures to safeguard employee information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

5. Usage of Submitted Documents

The submitted documents may be used for:

  • HR and payroll processing
  • Employee identity creation
  • Statutory compliance
  • Insurance and taxation purposes
  • Internal audits
  • Government or legal compliance requirements
  • Client compliance requirements where applicable

6. Employee Responsibility

Employees are responsible for:

  • Providing updated and valid information
  • Informing the company of any changes in personal, banking, or official details
  • Ensuring that uploaded files are clear, readable, and authentic

7. Retention of Records

BaryTech reserves the right to retain submitted records and documents for the duration required under applicable laws, company policies, contractual obligations, or compliance requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

BaryTech shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues arising due to internet connectivity, incorrect uploads, unsupported file formats, or incomplete submissions by the employee/applicant.

9. Amendments

BaryTech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the onboarding portal.

10. Acceptance

By selecting the checkbox labeled “I Agree” and submitting the onboarding form, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • You voluntarily consent to the collection and processing of your information
  • You authorize BaryTech to use the submitted information for employment and compliance purposes
