Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong communication skills and exposure to international business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial processes, handling invoicing, and supporting global financial activities with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes including preparation, validation, and timely dispatch
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable with accuracy and compliance
• Process and manage international transactions while ensuring adherence to global financial standards
• Coordinate with international clients and internal teams for financial documentation and queries
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and internal policies
• Perform account reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for global coordination
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and invoicing systems
• Experience with international business operations and cross-border transactions
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to international clients or global markets
• Experience in finance operations within IT or services industry
