Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused L1 IT Support to join our team in Frankfurt. This is a flexible role, perfect for students, entry-level professionals, or those looking to gain experience in IT support while working in a dynamic international environment.

The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, providing efficient resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support for PCs, operating systems, printers, telephones, and network connectivity (LAN/WLAN).

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and IT-related issues.

  • Assist with installing and configuring operating systems and applications.

  • Support Active Directory and Microsoft Intune/Azure for user and device management.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Outlook/mailboxes, and network access.

  • Document IT issues and solutions, and provide basic training to end-users when needed.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP).

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, group policy management, and Intune/Azure (preferred).

  • Good troubleshooting skills for PCs, printers, and other peripherals.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.

  • Strong customer service mindset and eagerness to learn.

🔴 Note: For this position, English language skills must be Native or Bilingual. German language skills are an added advantage.
