Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that support critical business functions and align with project objectives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other tools.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).

• Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and deliver high-quality code.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements where relevant.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration details.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 6+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
